From The Notebook Vol. 4

Salad With Cuscus and Tuna

- An onion, finely cut
- Bit of garlic
- Capers
- Sambal chilli paste
- Ready cuscus from the supermarket
- Salt, cayenne pepper
- Fresh thyme picked from the mountain
- Can of tuna
- Cucumber
- Tomatoes (cherry ones, in quarters)
- Bit of salad dressing
